Minimum eligibility includes language ability in English or French with a High School or Graduation degree. Skilled work experience translates to working at least one year in the NOC 0,A,B job groups, which mainly includes (but not limited to) following : Managerial jobs, Professional jobs, Technical jobs and skilled trades with varying levels of skill specified.

Comprehensive Ranking System or CRS

The Comprehensive Ranking System or CRS is a points-based system that the IRCC uses to assess and score profiles already in the Express Pool to rank them in order of merit. Various factors such as, age, education, language proficiency, professional skill,, work experience, , adaptability and job offer are used to generate points on the basis of which candidates are ranked out of a total of 1200 points. The higher you score the greater the chances of getting an invitation.
